Gina M. Bartoszek

Ms. Bartoszek began her legal career in Illinois and Indiana. While attending Illinois Wesleyan University, she interned as a law clerk for W. Charles Witte, McLean County Circuit Court Judge. After graduation, Ms. Bartoszek attended Valparaiso University Law School. During law school, she worked in the Valparaiso Law Clinic Program, where she represented indigent clients. Ms. Bartoszek argued a habeas corpus petition before the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and she monitored two Indiana state prisons pursuant to a federal order arising from a 42 USC §1983 civil rights action that the Law Clinic litigated against the State of Indiana. In 1992, Ms. Bartoszek received the Valparaiso University School of Law Christian Service Award and graduated magna cum laude.

Ms. Bartoszek began her civil practice in Phoenix with the law firm of Thomas, Burke & Phillips. From 1993 to 2000, she worked as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance. In 2002, after starting her family, she began working as an associate for The Moulton Law Firm. Ms. Bartoszek brings a wide variety of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense, including third-party claims, first-party claims, products liability, premises liability, dog bite litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, subrogation, discovery and depositions, arbitrations, trial work and appellate practice. She has attended the National Institute for Trial Advocacy weeklong courses and has served as a court-appointed arbitrator in various litigation matters for Maricopa County Superior Court.
